Magic TG Tracker 1.4.2 released

One new minor release. I was going to update with Chinese and Dutch translations, but since the auto win / loss dialog seems to disturb to many people (or at least the ones that left feedback) I have made it appear only the first time, I also found and fixed some other minor issues.

So, the complete changelog for 1.4.2:

Auto win / loss dialog to appear only once per game.
Chinese and Dutch translations
New icon ofr spells, thanks to an anonymous comment
Now the life displays the change between brackets at the left of the total
Bug fix in tournament mode: New game did not clean the life history

Next version will probably include card search or lifetime stats, still thinking about it.
